Shipping policy

At Hot Batch, every order is baked in small batches and packed with care to ensure it arrives ready to enjoy.

Shipping Schedule

We currently ship Monday through Wednesday within the continental United States via USPS or UPS.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on Wednesday through Sunday will be baked and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays. This schedule helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend and ensures your desserts arrive as fresh as possible.

Processing & Transit Times

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and do not account for unforeseen delays, including but not limited to weather events, transportation disruptions, or periods of high shipping volume. While we work hard to get your order out promptly, Hot Batch cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Hot Batch is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by UPS or USPS, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Hot Batch is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered.

If you believe your package has been misdelivered, we recommend first contacting your local post office or USPS directly before reaching out to us.

Access Issues

Hot Batch is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts resulting from closed businesses, gated communities, denied access to the delivery location, or other circumstances that prevent the carrier from completing delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded in these situations.
