Refund policy
Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and our inability to control how they are handled after delivery, Hot Batch cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue that we caused, please contact us within 24 hours of deliverywith your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the situation and work with you to make it right whenever possible.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Need to make a change? Reach out to us as soon as possible through our contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email.
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted at least two business days before the scheduled shipping or pickup date. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once production planning has begun.
Once your order has entered the baking or packaging process, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Shipping-Related Issues
Hot Batch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages that are marked as delivered but are subsequently lost or stolen.
If your package is delayed in transit, we'll gladly help you work with the carrier, but carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.

We take pride in every batch we make and want you to have an exceptional experience. If something isn't right because of an error on our end, please let us know. We'll always do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
